The Job Description

This is a hands-on leadership role. The Warehouse Team Lead is expected to personally execute daily warehouse work, including shipping, picking, packing, palletizing, and creating shipments. The Warehouse Team Lead will also oversee day-to-day warehouse operations for Jack and Sage, including shipping, receiving, picking, packing, decoration operations, warehouse organization, and team leadership. This role will work closely with operations, procurement, and sales to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
