Position Overview
Warehouse Supervisor - Supervise & lead a team of warehouse operators on warehouse operations.
- Guide junior staff to familiarise in achieving warehouse target.
- Liaise with Customer Service on shipment schedules and service providers to ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure KPI are met for all incoming/outgoing activities.
- Planning of manpower and conduct cycle counts and housekeeping of inventory.
- Assist operational issues and resolve conflicts among team members.
- ITE/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field
- At least 3 years of warehouse experience with supervising skills
- Possess Forklift license will be advantageous
