Mission: Manage and organize all warehouse activities related to inbound and outbound flows, including goods receipt, material storage, component preparation for line feeding, and finished product shipping. Responsible for inventory management and accuracy. Key Responsibilities: • Responsible for hierarchical management of operators and/or teams in a Distribution Center/Warehouse. • Responsible for employee performance, development, engagement, discipline, etc. • Responsible for the performance of standard work within his or her sector or department. • May occasionally fill in for or assist operators as needed. • Responsible for assigning tasks among operators, developing their polyvalence, to ensure the required service level. • Responsible for cycle inventory count execution and results.
