We are thrilled to be partnering with a rapidly growing, dynamic business based in Shefford to recruit an experienced Warehouse Supervisor.

Our client has seen fantastic expansion and is now looking to strengthen their leadership team. This is a unique, collaborative role where you will work directly alongside an established Warehouse Supervisor to co-manage, oversee, and coordinate daily warehousing activities.

Ideally, the successful candidate will bring a background in warehouse leadership and a lead by example mentality. In this position, you will be trusted with the shared responsibility of driving workshop performance, motivating the team of warehouse operatives, and maximising output and operational efficiency.
