**Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor**
**Job Description**
This role serves as a hands-on shipping and warehouse supervision lead, overseeing day-to-day operations in a metal processing facility. You will manage warehouse staff across multiple shifts, ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time, and maintain a strong focus on safety and operational efficiency. The standard schedule is 6:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with rotating weekend coverage when the shop is running.

**Responsibilities**

+ Oversee up to 10 employees on 1st and 3rd shift to ensure customer demands and production schedules are consistently met.
+ Supervise and direct employees on their daily work expectations, tasks, and responsibilities, providing clear guidance and support.
+ Process employee timecards accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring proper recording of hours worked.
