**JOB SUMMARY**

The warehouse supervisor is responsible for managing and monitoring warehouse activities including, but not limited to, receiving, putaway consolidation, replenishment, picking, load checking, loading, and shipping while ensuring continuity, productivity, efficiency and superior service to customers, suppliers and distributors.

**Schedule** :

This shift is onsite Monday - Friday 6am -2pm (or until shift completion)

*occasional evenings and weekends as needed

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Direct, coordinate and monitor the daily activities and performance of warehouse workers to assure compliance of standard procedures, quality, and safety.
+ Assure quality performance through proper staffing, effective communication, and training.
+ Manage employee performance through motivation, delegation, development, mentoring and resolving conflict.
