**Position Summary**

Responsible for supervising warehouse operations to support field and project needs. Ensures accurate inventory, timely deliveries, and compliance with safety procedures.

**Position Details**

+ Oversees daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage and shipping.
+ Monitors inventory levels and coordinates replenishment to maintain appropriate stock.
+ Conducts inventory audits; identifies and resolves inventory discrepancies, including missing or unaccounted items.
+ Enforces warehouse safety procedures and regulations.
+ Communicates with management, suppliers and logistics teams.
+ Identifies and resolves operational issues.
+ Supervises warehouse staff, assigns tasks, provides coaching, training, and performance
+ feedback; supports hiring and termination processes.
