We're looking for a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our 1st and 2nd shifts. This role is integral in ensuring efficiency, quality control, and safety in the warehouse/shipping department. This position can require late hours and weekends. 

Responsibilities: 

• Making sure supervisors are guiding the staff and all tasks needed are being completed accurately and on time.
• Create training documents to train new employees and coach current employees.
• Update freezer trailer spreadsheets to track locations and maintenance requirements.
• Daily Inventory Count or Spot Checks, entered into a Google Sheet.
• Work with the freight team to ensure trailers being shipped out are up to date on all maintenance before going on the road.
• Being on call for any issues that could arise with walk-in freezers, overnights and weekends.
