Define cost‑saving, productivity and service‑level improvement opportunities, measure performance, analyze opportunities, improve and control performance, and continuously aim to reach the ultimate goal of outstanding customer satisfaction, speeding inbound‑to‑outbound cycle time and eliminating errors.
Overall responsibility for handling warehouse returns, developing and implementing standard returns procedures.
Coordinate returns acceptance, registration, classification, and processing to improve returns processing efficiency.
Analyze returns data and provide improvement suggestions to reduce return rates and ensure smooth business operations.
Job Requirements
Majors in logistics management, supply chain management, etc. are preferred.
