Warehouse Supervisor / Warehouse Manager

We are currently looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our growing operations team in the UK. This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on experience in warehouse setup and operations management within the UK market, who is also able to communicate fluently in Chinese and English.

Responsibilities

• Support daily warehouse operations and team management
• Assist with warehouse setup, process optimisation, and operational planning
• Manage inventory accuracy, inbound/outbound processes, and KPI performance
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners
• Ensure compliance with UK health & safety and warehouse standards

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse supervisory or management experience in the UK
• Experience with warehouse opening / setup projects is highly preferred
