This Warehouse Supervisor willbe responsible for planning, leading, organising, monitoring and motivating theWarehouse Team. The Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all Teamleaders and team members are trained in and adhere to Warehouse Floor andAreas’ rules and procedures in order to ensure all teams meet deliverableswithout compromising Quality and the Company’s culture and values. Duties willalso include performing 1on1s, return-to-works, managing leave and engagingwithin the recruitment process of new staff. This Warehouse Supervisor will also be responsible ensuring that peoplemanagement and IR related processes are followed.

Requirements

• Relevant Logistics/Supply Chain degree with Spatial Planning an advantageous extra OR 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role with proven execution/deliverables.
