Insight Global is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to oversee second‑shift shipping, receiving, and inventory operations while ensuring accurate ERP/WMS entry, managing Customs Bonded inventory, and supervising a team of approximately 40–50 team members to meet daily schedules and shipment throughput. This role partners closely with the Louisville Export Order Manager and freight forwarders to coordinate export, military, and refund stock orders while proactively resolving shipping exceptions. The Warehouse Team Lead applies strong planning, organizational, and multitasking abilities to manage daily operations, leads process design, implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives, and communicates effectively across all levels of the organization.
