Facility Maintenance: Manage and maintain warehouse facilities, monitor and record temperatures in temperature‑controlled zones (−20℃ / 4℃ / ambient), and promptly report any abnormalities.
Receiving & Inspection: Ensure all incoming goods are received, inspected, and correctly identified (reagents: item number / batch number / expiry date / packaging / temperature records).
Storage Management: Ensure proper storage conditions for biological products; upon arrival, immediately sort according to temperature zones (−20℃ / 4℃ / ambient), strictly avoiding misplacement.
Outbound & Delivery: Accurately pick goods in minimum packaging as required by production, and deliver to the production team in a timely manner.
System Transactions: Manage SAP/WMS systems to ensure inventory and stock status are accurate and updated in real time.
