**Warehouse Solutions Coordinator**

**Job Duties**

+ Process new and used sales orders, monitor inventories, initiate/track delivery, and invoice for new equipment, used equipment, and warehouse products.
+ Monitor new equipment, used equipment and warehouse product inventory including ordering of stock
+ Maintain complete files on all orders
+ Approve and code vendor invoices for payment and handle vendor payment inquiries
+ Process credits and re-invoice equipment when necessary
