Warehouse Shift Manager - Nights

Due to rapid growth over the last year, I am looking for an experienced Warehouse Shift Manager to work for a busy Distribution company based in Leeds on the Night Shift.

Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for running the Nightshift Warehouse functions, ensuring work is completed on time and to a high standard.

Day to day duties within the role will include:

-Training of Team Leaders to ensuring high standards throughout

-Staff appraisals and disciplinaries

-Staff briefs and debriefs

-Management of site, security, and paperwork for deliveries particularly on weekends

-Management of equipment issue

-Ensuring stocks of warehouse PPE are ordered

-Ensuring pick completing and all other paperwork for deliveries is complete
