Position Overview
We’re seeking a Returns Processing Specialist to handle returns and items that cannot be relisted on the site as well as manage reverse logistics process, inspecting, and processing accuracy.
Core Responsibilities
+ Returns Processing: Receive, sort, and inspect customer returns to determine the ability to be sold.
+ Inventory Reconciliation: Accurately update inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS).
+ Quality Inspection: Evaluate returned product condition to ensure it meets company standards.
+ Documentation: Update CRM systems, and create reports on returns and damaged material.
+ Warehouse Operations: Assist with general picking, packing, and sorting orders during peak times.
+ Communication: Coordinate with customer service teams regarding damaged items or customer-related issues
