Job Description
Provide phone support of inbound calls and directing calls as necessary; communication via email.
Assists in issuing stock checks to QCs at the warehouses to check inventory.
Assist with applying, altering, and removing incoming plant holds as requested by divisional partners.
Assist with coordination of travel and training for Branch Quality personnel as needed.
Complete weekly and monthly reports for management that track quality trends, holds, overtime, etc.
