Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments, and perform GRPO transactions in the ERP system.
Update and maintain accurate inventory records within the ERP system.
Conduct regular inventory counts and investigate and reconcile any discrepancies.
Pick and pack orders according to established standards, and prepare shipments with proper labelling and documentation.
Ensure efficient processing and timely delivery of goods to meet customer requirements.
Use a company vehicle for order collection and delivery, ensuring it is kept clean and well‑maintained.
Ensure deliveries are carried out accurately and on time, in line with company policies and procedures.
Safely operate warehouse equipment such as reach trucks and pallet jacks, performing basic checks and reporting any issues.
Maintain and service warehouse vehicles and equipment as required.
