Our Distribution team in Thatcham is now looking for a Marshalling Operative to join us on a fixed late shift from 3pm11pm, Monday to Friday. Youll be part of a supportive, close-knit team working behind the scenes to ensure our stock moves smoothly through the warehouse, helping us deliver magical moments to our customers.
About the Role In this role, youll be at the heart of our warehouse operations, ensuring that all allocated tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and to our high Harrods standard. Reporting to Adrian and Alina, youll work closely with colleagues to keep stock moving, support processing teams, and maintain a safe, tidy environment. Your daily tasks will include: Collecting paperwork from the Admin Office and matching it with physical stock.
Moving stock to the correct inbound or outbound lanes.
Preparing goods for dispatch, including wrapping and stacking pallets.
Moving returned or reallocated stock to the right areas.
