Shift Pattern
We run a consistent 28-day rolling shift pattern with both day and night shifts (7am–7pm and 7pm–7am).
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Week 2: Wednesday and Thursday
Then it repeats – 14 working days every 28 days, giving you a mix of full rest days and extended breaks.
What you get from us:

Annual salary: £27,260
Shift allowance of £1,100 per annum for working both days and nights
£3,000 invested in your training from day one
