Purpose of the Role

As a Warehouse Operations Team Leader you’ll have end‑to‑end accountability for coordinating and delivering the safe, accurate and efficient transfer, archiving and rationalisation of Commercial merchandise, Heritage stock, car parts, assemblies and equipment into the Brooklands facility. The role is hands‑on and operational, requiring significant physical stock handling alongside responsibility for planning, prioritisation, system accuracy and process establishment.
