Position Overview
SUMMARY: Our client in the FMCG Industry is looking for a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join their warehouse team
POSITION INFO: Key Performance Areas: - Oversee daily warehouse operations (receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch)
- Ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment
- Maintain stock accuracy through cycle counts and audits
- Lead, coach, and manage warehouse staff performance
- Enforce health, safety, and compliance standards (including FIFO)
- Drive process improvements and monitor key KPIs
- Utilise WMS/ERP systems for reporting and operational control
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations
Skills and Knowledge:
- Tertiary qualification in Logistics/Supply Chain/Operations or related field
- 3–5 years warehouse experience (FMCG preferred) with 1–2 years supervisory experience
