Position Overview
The Part-Time Operations Supervisor / Administrative Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Warehouse teams. This role is responsible for assisting with day-to-day office functions, coordinating communication, organizing documentation, and supporting event-based operational needs. This individual will serve as a key resource to ensure efficient workflow and organization.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Provide ABI support as needed (Payroll)
+ Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring all processes run efficiently and on schedule
+ Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and system updates
+ Supervise receiving of deliveries, verifying quantities, quality, and compliance with purchase orders
