Warehouse Manager

Role Overview

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing all warehouse operations, including inventory control, equipment storage, and asset rentals. This role ensures all items entering and leaving the warehouse are properly recorded, approved, and tracked to prevent loss or misuse.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management
  • Maintain a complete and updated inventory list of all warehouse items (TVs, LED screens, event equipment, furniture, tools, etc.)
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and audits to ensure accuracy
  • Organize warehouse items properly for easy identification and access
  • Ensure all equipment is stored safely and maintained in good condition
• Inbound and Outbound Control
  • Maintain a daily In & Out Log System for all warehouse items
  • Ensure all returned items are checked and recorded immediately
