Brief Job Description

The Warehouse Officer is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, ensuring proper handling, storage, and control of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods. The role focuses on inventory accuracy, documentation, and coordination with Production, Logistics, and Purchasing to ensure smooth supply chain flow.



Key Responsibilities

-Oversee day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch coordination.

-Ensure proper inventory control through accurate recording of stock movements and updates.

-Assist in monitoring inventory levels and reporting variances, shortages, or damages.

-Coordinate with Production, Logistics, and Purchasing for material availability and movement.

-Prepare and maintain warehouse documents such as receiving reports, stock cards, and inventory summaries.
