Position Overview
Job Responsibilities
I. Material Management
- Maintain warehouse material master data (manage material information and ensure system data accuracy).
- Monitor inventory levels, turnover rates, and slow-moving/obsolete materials.
- Follow up on production cycles, delivery schedules, and quality-related issues.
II. Cross-Department Coordination and Communication
- Assist the purchasing department in optimizing procurement plans.
- Coordinate with purchasing, sales/marketing, finance, and other related departments to ensure timely communication of material and inventory information.
- Assist in handling exceptions such as material shortages.
III. Inventory Reporting and Data Management
- Analyze material status based on warehouse inbound and outbound reports as well as inventory reports.
- Classify and archive data to ensure traceability.
