Stock Accuracy: Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical stock takes to resolve any discrepancies. FIFO Compliance: Ensure proper rotation of stock using First-In, First-Out (FIFO) methods to prevent material spoilage or degradation. Liaise with Production: Ensure all required raw materials and ingredients are staged and available on the production floor ahead of manufacturing schedules.
