Warehouse Manager

Location: Orpington

Salary: GBP38,000 - GBP45,000 per year, DoE

Hours: Hours worked between 7am - 5pm.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the warehouse operates efficiently and effectively by managing, directing and training warehouse employees.
• Establish, monitor and manage operational goals.
• Be fully aware of all warehouses operational systems and procedures to ensure goods are correct when receipted in, when within the warehouse and when picked for deliveries/collections.
• Investigate, resolve and/or report problems as they arise.
• Allocate and manage staff resources according to changing needs.
• Ensure they manage a team that provides customer focused service and takes proactive actions to meet the needs of customers.
