Position: Warehouse Manager

Pay Rate: $90,000 - $100,000 per year

Core Responsibilities & Duties:

+ Ensure all Inbound & Outbound SLA goals are met while orders are shipping accurately according to client & customer needs

+ Managing the Operations of the warehouse including the following departments: Picking, Packing, Receiving, Traffic, Returns, VAS, Inventory & maintenance

+ Plan & execute that DTC & wholesale outbound shipping is on track while working with Traffic to ensure orders are shipping on time

+ Developing the warehouse leadership team:

+ Proactively train & position back up roles to ensure roles are back filled in the event of turnover or time off

+ Proactively supporting business initiatives by maximizing current employee skills while providing a challenging and rewarding work environment
