**Warehouse Manager**

**Location:** Frederick, MD
**Compensation:** $70,000 – $75,000 + Benefits

**Overview**
A growing food manufacturing organization is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a team of approximately 15 employees.

This role is responsible for driving efficiency, accuracy, and safety across all inventory, shipping, and receiving functions while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**
**Warehouse Operations**

+ Manage end-to-end warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping
+ Ensure accurate inventory control and timely order fulfillment
+ Adjust workflows and staffing to meet daily production and volume demands
+ Optimize warehouse layout, space utilization, and product flow
+ Oversee inbound and outbound shipments to maintain operational efficiency
