Manage end-to-end daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inspection, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control, ensuring efficient, accurate, and standardized processes.
Coordinate closely with Order Management, Finance, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth and timely inbound and outbound operations, maintaining alignment between physical inventory and system records.
Support warehouse planning and optimization, including bin location management, inventory structure improvement, and resource allocation to enhance storage utilization and turnover efficiency.
Track and coordinate the full transportation process (both domestic and cross-border) with the logistics team to ensure on-time delivery and seamless inventory replenishment.
Liaise with third-party customs agencies and logistics providers to manage customs clearance processes, ensuring compliance with local regulations and timely shipment release.
