Eaton’s ES AMER PCS division is seeking a Warehouse Lead Hand to manage operations and lead the team in its Milton facility, the largest manufacturing site in Canada. This role requires expertise in warehouse tasks and team management, involving hands-on responsibilities and mentorship. You will ensure accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory management while promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily manpower and work assignments
• Provide coaching and support to team members
• Operate material handling equipment safely
• Conduct cycle counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Complete non-conformance reports and manage returns
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of warehouse experience
