Position Overview
Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Support - Support the sales team in preparing quotations, pricing sheets, buy plans, and basic sales reports
- Assist with purchase orders (POs), invoicing coordination, and order tracking
- Maintain accurate records for retail, e-commerce, and corporate sales
Operations & Coordination - Liaise with logistics partners, warehouses, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Track stock movement, replenishment schedules, and basic inventory updates
- Support coordination for retail activations, displays, and roadshows when required
Admin & Finance Support - Assist with documentation for invoicing, payments, credit notes, and simple reconciliations
- Prepare internal trackers (Excel/Sheets) for costs, margins, and sales performance
