Key Responsibilities: - Assist Warehouse Manager in running and overseeing the daily operations of Inbound Dept.
- Ensure department performance met the customer’s contractual Key Performance Indicator (KPI).
- Manage daily operations, includes goods receipt, order administration, serviceable returns from customer
- Lead the Inbound Team to ensure that all goods receiving, returns, inspection, updating of system, and put‑away activities are well coordinated.
- Liaise with the authority, purchasers, contractors, and end‑user on enquiry of receipt, issue, loan, return related matters.
- Manage ad‑hoc activities and exceptional cases, such as inventory discrepancy, returns, and invalid order.
