직무 설명 The Dispatcher is responsible for managing all arranged pickups made by customer service or via internet booking. This role ensures pickups are assigned to the correct drivers on time and resolves any unsuccessful collections promptly.
Key Responsibilities - Pickup Assignment: Assign pickups to drivers according to routes, ensuring timeliness and accuracy. Coordinate urgent pickups to meet customer timelines. This task is heavily supported via automated assignments.
- Customer Communication: Maintain constant contact with customers for any unforeseen delays in pickup requests.
- Device Management: Ensure our device are distributed to the right drivers and resolve any simple technical issues.
- Palletized shipments Collection Coordination: Follow up with pallet shipments requests and send daily email pre-alerts on pallet shipments exports.
