The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for supporting efficient warehouse operations, ensuring timely handling of goods, and maintaining accurate records in line with company policies and food safety standards. This role provides relief support to the Purchasing Department as required and plays a key role in compliance with ISO 22000 and FSSC 22000 standards.

Responsibilities / Key Activities:

• Complete assigned tasks on time and provide relief support to the Purchasing Department as instructed by supervisors.
• Submit and update workers’ overtime and leave forms, and fax container loading reports.
• Process requests for stationery and other necessary supplies.
• Prepare for month-end stocktake and assist in inventory management activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Store Office and warehouse areas.
