**Job Description**

The Warehouse Coordinator performs a blend of manual and clerical duties related to the shipment and receipt of component parts and finished goods. This role verifies and maintains accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments while providing friendly, professional customer service to visitors and callers. The position combines front-desk customer interaction with hands-on warehouse activities to ensure orders are processed accurately, inventory is well managed, and customers receive the correct products in excellent condition.

**Responsibilities**

+ Maintain accurate stock records, logs, reports, and related documentation for all incoming and outgoing goods.
+ Record goods received and identify, reject, and document damaged, excess, or misdirected items.
+ Review orders for correct part numbers and descriptions to ensure the correct products and parts are ordered and shipped.
