**Job Description**
**General Purpose:**

SEMO Tank (a wholly owned subsidiary of Dairy Farmers of America) sells, leases, and repairs tank trailers and offers a vast inventory of related parts for resale. This position requires the ability to perform active work throughout the scheduled shift and coordinate the timely processing of incoming shipments, confirming physical receipt of items to PO’s and packing slips.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities:**

+ Provide outstanding service by ensuring customer orders are processed both timely and accurately and that any customer concerns are addressed promptly by all members of the team
+ Assist all departments in locating and delivering parts to the appropriate areas within the company
+ Unload and unpack incoming shipments and identify items for accuracy and correct quantities
