Serves as a critical link between upper management and floor staff, translating operational goals into daily execution. Leads and supports front-line teams to ensure high-volume online order demands are met with accuracy, efficiency, and speed. Oversees the shipment and receipt of goods across multiple locations, ensuring inventory movement is timely, compliant, and well-coordinated.
