Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Type: Contract To Hire
Compensation: $20.00
Hours: 8 am to 5 pm / 1 hour unpaid lunch

Warehouse Associate Responsibilities:


+ Support daily warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders.

+ Accurately handle and organize screws, bolts, fasteners, and other industrial hardware products.

+ Maintain clean, organized inventory locations and bin systems to ensure operational efficiency.

+ Organize pallets, incoming shipments, and warehouse storage areas.

+ Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory using scales and inventory tracking procedures.

+ Follow warehouse safety standards and contribute to a productive team environment.

+ Demonstrate leadership potential and willingness to take on increased responsibilities as part of a future supervisory role.
