**JOB SUMMARY**

The Inventory Lead is responsible for overseeing the accurate receipt, storage, movement, and shipment of goods within the warehouse. This role ensures inventory accuracy, efficient material handling, and compliance with company policies and safety regulations. The Inventory Lead demonstrates strong knowledge of logistics, supply chain operations, and warehouse management processes while leading daily operations and supporting team performance.

Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Maintain accurate inventory records through daily/weekly cycle counts and periodic physical inventories
+ Investigate and reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and warehouse management systems (WMS)
