**Warehouse Associate**

**Job Summary:**

The Materials Associate is responsible for accurately picking and preparing customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role utilizes a voice-directed picking system (Voxware), RF scanner, and handheld device to fulfill orders, maintain inventory accuracy, and support overall warehouse operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Pick customer orders using Voxware (voice-to-pick system), RF scanner, or pick sheets
+ Accurately select items based on quantity and product specifications
+ Use carts and totes to transport materials throughout the facility
+ Ensure each order is completed correctly before moving to pack-out area
+ Maintain continuous workflow as new orders are automatically assigned
+ Communicate with supervisors when orders are completed or issues arise
+ Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures
+ Maintain a clean and organized work environment
