Job Description
- Lead, oversee daily operations and administrative functions.
- Assist Operations Supervisor in managing Quality Control daily operations for the Shopee International Platform team.
- Act as a backup team leader for the operation team.
- Manage high‑stake processes such as intercepting prohibited parcels or dangerous goods and processing high‑value parcels.
- Manage temporary staff attendance, productivity, and training, while ensuring work quality.
- Provide training to the Quality Control team on equipment utilization such as X‑ray machines.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to address warehouse stuck orders issues.
- Seek continuous process improvement to enhance productivity.
- Any ad‑hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.
