Warehouse Assistant

Reports To: Service Delivery Manager

Department: Technical

Job Purpose: This role provides primary support to the Service Delivery Manager by coordinating daily warehouse activities including inventory logging, storage, and distribution. It also supports logistics processes to ensure the smooth flow of procured items through brokerage to delivery at the warehouse.

Main Duties And Responsibilities

Inventory

• Utilize inventory tracking systems to record deliveries, shipments, and stock levels
• Assist departments by providing inventory reports and logistics updates
• Liaise with shippers, customs, and delivery crews to ensure timely delivery
• Ensure compliance with warehouse processes and documentation; conduct stock counts
• Support spares, faulty units, and RMA processes with suppliers (e.g., Huawei, ZTE, Ciena)
