We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Ward Manager to lead our dynamic CAMHS and Acute in Chelmsford. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to shape and deliver high-quality care in a newly established, purpose-built facility designed specifically for those who need the support and care.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will provide clinical leadership to a multidisciplinary team, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, and person-centred care. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the ward, including staffing, resource management, and the supervision of care planning for those who need it.
