Position: Waking Night Project Worker

Salary: £12,561 per annum/£13.42 per hour
Hours: Part-time (18 hours per week)

Join our caring team at 223 College Road, a small, supported living home for adults with learning disabilities and a range of support needs. We work together to create a warm, inclusive environment where each person feels respected, understood and empowered to live as independently as possible.

The Role

Support residents throughout the night, ensuring their safety and wellbeing
Provide personal care with dignity and compassion
Administer medication and complete light household tasks
Respond to emergencies and offer emotional support
Maintain clear records and carry out safety checks
Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality, person-centred careShifts:
