1. Guest Service & Dining Experience - Welcome guests warmly and provide professional, courteous, and attentive service at all times.
- Present menus, explain menu items, promotions, and recommendations to guests.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay orders promptly to the kitchen and bar team.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently according to hotel service standards.
- Ensure guests’ needs and requests are attended to promptly and professionally.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints politely and elevate issues to the Supervisor when necessary.
2. Restaurant Operations - Prepare and set up restaurant tables, dining areas, and service stations before operations.
