Your Profile

• Food handling certificate
• 2–3 years of experience as a waiter/waitress, sommelier, wine steward or similar hospitality role
• Sommelier certification or hospitality degree is a plus
• High level of English is essential; Spanish is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of wine regions, types, and local vineyards
• Computer literacy is an advantage
• Previous experience in a fine‑dining restaurant or luxury hotel setting
