MAIN RESPONSIBILITY:
Responsible to maximize profits, maintain food / beverage / service quality, good performance and ensure customer satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS:
Fluent in English (both written and spoken) MinimumΒ 1 (one)Β year of work experience in a similar capacity in an international luxury hotel brand Good communication skills Certificate/ Diploma in food and beverage/ hospitality management Computer literate Motivator and self-starters Displays initiative Commitment to professional values Team leader/ builder People oriented Creative/ open-minded or dynamic personality Strong command of the F&B operations Good understanding of procurement functions, pricing strategies as well as sales & marketing methods Flexible and adaptable to different working locations
