Role Purpose

The Wage Subsidy & Job Network Liaison is a high-energy, outbound-focused role dedicated to expanding our footprint within the Australian employment services ecosystem. Your primary mission is to proactively engage with Workforce Australia and DES providers (Job Network) to identify labor vacancies, promote Government Wage Subsidy initiatives, and secure job placements for eligible candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• High-Volume Outbound Engagement
• Conduct 40-60 outbound calls daily to Job Network providers, employment agencies, and industry partners to identify immediate labor needs.
• Proactively pitch the financial benefits of hiring through our network, specifically focusing on AU Government Wage Subsidies (e.g., Restart, Youth Bonus, and Long-term Unemployed incentives).
• Navigate gatekeepers to reach decision-makers and hiring managers within various industries.
